Hi, I’m Jasmin – the creator of Quiet Flow Yoga.


In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance between mind and body has never been more important. Quiet Flow Yoga offers personalised yoga and meditation sessions to suit your needs, body, and schedule—so that even amidst the demands of daily life, you can still find time and space just for you.

I originally trained in Vinyasa Yoga in London in 2017, qualifying with Yoga Alliance. Since then, my passion for yoga has grown, leading me to further training in Yoga for Mental Health, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and a deeper exploration of classical yogic texts including the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads.


My approach to teaching integrates mindful movement with traditional yoga postures, allowing meditation to become a natural part of your physical practice. By gently focusing on the body and breath, the mind can find a moment of stillness—free from life’s worries and uncertainties. This creates a sense of calm and clarity you can carry with you through the rest of your day.
