ABOUT
Hello & Welcome to Quiet Flow Yoga
My name is Jasmin and I so excited to be joining you on your Yoga Journey!
In 2026 I’m launching yoga classes across Wotton-Under-Edge and Thornbury to share my love of mindful movement. My sessions blend the flexibility and calming flow of yoga with the alignment, posture, and core-strength benefits of Pilates. If that sounds like your kind of practice, why not book a class and give it a try?
To start, I’m offering two class styles:
Beginners & Beyond is ideal for complete beginners, returning yogis, or anyone looking for a gentle, supportive practice to build solid foundations.
Yoga Flow offers a slightly faster pace, linking breath with movement for an uplifting, energising class that still leaves you feeling relaxed and balanced.
I
I began practising yoga in the early 2000s. Savasana (corpse pose) got me hooked. Laying still on the floor, doing absolutely nothing, my mind becoming blank, had never felt so blissful. I could just be...
My interest grew over the years and took me to retreats far across the world. I learned from 100s of teachers, that yoga is not just a form of exercise, but a holistic way of living. Eventually, I decided to train as a yoga teacher. I trained in Vinyasa (to place or move in a special way) Yoga, but have since ventured into Yin and Mindfulness, following training that attracts my interest.
I am now on the cusp of finishing my Pilates training too. I love the structure of Pilates, providing alignment, core strength and stability, which is a perfect balance to the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. My goal is to integrate these practices to enhance every class I teach, whether it’s yoga or Pilates, helping students achieve holistic well-being.
After two decades of the corporate world I decided to start Quiet Flow Yoga as a tonic for stress of everyday life. I teach classes in community centres across Gloucestershire and Bristol. So why not join me on the mat? See if Quiet Flow Yoga fits with your needs and enables you to just be you.I
